We currently ship to all areas within Bangladesh. We are working to expand our shipping coverage internationally in the future.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Available for all orders
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for urgent deliveries
- Same Day Delivery: Available for select areas in Dhaka (orders placed before 12 PM)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 2,000 BDT within Bangladesh.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress on our courier partner's website.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
